The first line in our mission statement says, "Wow. It’s getting pretty interesting out there." And after reading nominee Ben Malbon's great post last Friday and the comments that followed, it was pretty clear that the nominating process received its first healthy airing out, so to speak. One thing's for sure: as the industry changes, the way it identifies its leaders must change as well, and we think the ETJ experiment will turn out to be an important milestone on the road to figuring out how to do it best.
