Claim To Fame: Was voted “best young talent in the market” by Campaign magazine in the UK.
Premutico made headlines as arguably the world’s most awarded creative talent under the age of 30. In 2005 Campaign magazine rated him the best young talent in that market, as well as featuring him in their “Faces to watch” feature.
At the age of 26, he became a Creative Director and member of the leadership team at Saatchi New York, being promoted to Executive Creative Director of the largest office in the Saatchi & Saatchi network just two years later. He helped take the agency from creative obscurity to Cannes and Clio “Agency of The Year” in just over two years.
Along with long time partner Jan Jacobs, Leo opened his own creative hot shop Johannes Leonardo in 2007.
