Nicknamed “fearless” by his colleagues because of his willingness to take risks, Juan Cabral, the writer and director of the popular gorilla advert for Cadbury, is one of the fastest-rising stars of the advertising industry.
Mr. Cabral, 31, was also the brains behind the recent successful Sony television advert campaign. He created the ad featuring paint exploding over a Glasgow housing estate and the more recent Sony Bravia Plasticine balls advert, both of which have won more awards than you ever will.
